309 Hancock Street (BD-302) -- (listed as 307) Ca. 1910. Bungalow style. 1½-story 5x2-bay house with gable roof and undercut gallery. Central entrance with transom and sidelights.  
400 Hancock Street (BD-290) -- Ca. 1970. 1-story 4x4-bay brick house with hip roof.  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)

407 Hancock Street (BD-295) -- Ca. 1910. Bungalow style. 1½-story 5x3-bay gable-roofed house with undercut gallery and shed dormer. Bracketed eaves. Paired pyramidal columns on brick piers. (P) 
408 Hancock Street (BD-293) -- Ca. 1880. 2-story 4x4-bay Creole cottage with gable roof, undercut gallery and Bungalow-style porch supports ca. 1925. (C) 
410 Hancock Street (BD-294) -- Ca. 1880. Queen Anne style. 1-story 2x3-bay shotgun cottage with gable roof, and 2-sided undercut gallery. Round-arched gable light. Decorated vergeboards. Shingled gable. Bracketed posts. (P) 
412 Hancock Street (BD-259) -- Ca. 1950. 9-bay concrete block and metal garage. (I) 
502 Hancock Street (BD-234) -- (listed as 500) Ca. 1940. 1-story 3x2-bay stucco house with flat overhanging roof. Paired windows. (C) 
504 Hancock Street (BD-235) -- Ca. 1950. 1-story 2x3-bay front-gabled house with shiplap siding. (M) 
508 Hancock Street (BD-236) -- Ca. 1925. commercial building. 1-story 3x4-bay stucco building with stepped parapet. Central entrance. Behind and north is a 1–story 3x2-bay front-gable bungalow style cottage with bracketed eaves and projecting front-gabled bay. 
510 Hancock Street (BD-237) -- (listed as Sycamore & Hancock) Ca. 1945. 1-story 5x3-bay building of concrete block wi th stepped parapet side elevations. Smaller building also located on lot. (M) 
606 Hancock Street (BD-179) -- Ca. 1930. 1-story 3x2-bay gable-roofed cottage with projecting front-gabled porch. Porch is arcaded and clad with stucco. Multi-lit doors with sidelights. 
608 Hancock Street (BD-180) -- Ca. 1925. Bungalow style. 1-story 2x3-bay front-gabled dwelling with projecting front porch supported by pyramidal box columns on brick piers. Paired windows. 
609 Hancock Street (BD-185) -- Ca. 1920. Shed. 3-sided shed with front gable orientation. Metal roof.  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)
610 Hancock Street (BD-181) -- Ca. 1950. 1-story 3x3-bay gable-roofed house with 2-bay undercut porch. (M)  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)
611 Hancock Street (BD-184) -- Ca. 1920. 1 –story 3x4-bay gable-on-hip-roofed cottage with undercut gallery. Off-center entry with transom. Exposed rafter-tails. (C)  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)
612 Hancock Street (BD-182) -- Ca. 1915. 1-story 2x5-bay shotgun cottage with gable roof and undercut gallery. Central chimney. (C)  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)
614 Hancock Street (BD-183) -- Ca. 1880. 2½-story 4x2-bay gable-roofed cottage with shed-roofed rear section and projecting porch. 4 double-leafed doors with shutters and transoms provide access to porch.  (Destroyed by hurricane Katrina)
