1924-1930 - Craftsman Vern. Bungalow (Contributing)
One-story, frame Craftsman Vernacular Bungalow with a gable-front roof and a full-width hip porch. Craftsman details include exposed rafters and decorative beams. The front porch has been screened and non-historic wood decorative details applied. The building rest on rusticated concrete block piers, is clad in novelty siding, and has a corrugated metal roof.
