c. 1930-1945 - Tudor Revival (Contributing)
1.5-story, frame Tudor Revival residence that was constructed as a gas station. It has a continuous brick foundation, brick and vinyl cladding, and an asphalt shingle roof. A steeply pitched wall gable is on the Ulman Avenue façade. A large rear addition, with a garage on the first-story, rises a half-story above the main house giving the roof a saltbox appearance.
