The Building when completed will consist of three stories, the first floor being used for the dining room and lockers; the second to have fifteen bedrooms with adjoining baths; and the third to be used as an observation tower. In addition to the main house, a number of small 2 and 3 room cottages for members will be erected on the sands nearby.
