Sea Coast Echo, the BILOXI BLIZZARD editorially says of our last weeks edition: Bro. Moreau deserves infinite credit for the splendid number of the Bay St. Louis issued on last Saturday. It contained an exhaustive write up of that thriving town and sketches of her prominent citizens who have done so much for her. It required considerable labor and a great degree of skill and we are delighted to see friend Moreau stand the trying test so successfully.
Though a very young man he has the talent and energy and ambition that are certain to render his future career in his chosen profession one to be proud of. THE BLIZZARD congratulates you, Pro. Moreau, for your fine achievement. (SCE 05/27/1893)
