Delavalade, A. M. - The second race between the "AUGUSTA" and the "SUSIE" took place on Sunday at Mississippi City and was won by the former.  The race was triangular one of about eight miles.  The following gentlemen officiated: F. L. Gates and A. M. Delavalade, the judges; R. D. Faure, times.  Winning this race entitles the "AUGUSTA" to the first prize -a handsome silver punch bowl and ladle; the "SUSIE", getting second prize, a handsome clock.  (SCE 8/6/1892)
