Delcuze, Mr. and Mrs. Paul, while out Monday night had their home entered by unknown parties who made good their escape with valuable plunder.  The extent of their depredation is of a liberal limit, as some valuable articles and silverware were stolen.  There are some light fingered people about town and our people had better sleep with one eye open and keep a double-barrel shot gun under their pillow. Delcuze, W.F.,Foreman, has issued a notice, calling the attention of the officers and members of the I.H.H. & L. Fire Co., to meet at 8 o'clock tonight at Fireman's Hall.  Full uniform is requested.  (SCE 04/15/1893)

 

Delcuze, Mr. W.F., has commenced his big job of painting the railroad bridge.  He is ably assisted and will make a quick and good job.  It is indeed a wise policy of the railroad company to employ capable workmen, and they have not broken their rule.  (SCE 7/8/1893)
