Charles Edgar Carter Jr.,72, of Bay St. Louis, died Saturday, March 27, 2004 in Bay St. Louis. Mr. Carter was a native and lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church. He was past-president of MS Jaycees. He was fleet manager for DeRussy Motors in Bay St. Louis.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edgar Carter Sr. and Mary Scafide Carter. Survivors include his daughter, Catherine Clark of New Orleans. (the rest of the obituary is missing)
