Bay St. Louis, Miss., Dec. 9. - The funeral of John Guardia, who died at his home in Waveland Sunday, took place in Bay St. Louis this morning. Interment was in Cedar Rest Cemetery.
Mr. Guardia was seventy-two years and eleven months of age; one of the oldest and highest esteemed citizens of this community. He is survived by his wife and four children, namely, Mrs. John Zimmerman of Gulfport, Mrs. J. P. Call of Biloxi, Mrs. A.T. Bourgeois of Bay St. Louis, and a son, Forest Guardia, of Waveland.
