Ladner, Sidonia Morris - May 1, 1948
Mrs. William Ladner, well known in Hancock County, died at her home in Clermont Harbor, May 1, after an illness of a few hours. Her passing was a shock to her family and many friends. Mrs. Ladner was a resident of Clermont Harbor for the past 40 years and in that time proved to be a good neighbor and friend to everyone who needed her help. She and Mr. Ladner would have celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary on May 26th.
The funeral took place from the residence in Clermont Harbor Sunday, May 2 at 4:00 P.M. Father Costello conducted the funeral service at the St. Clare Catholic Church, Waveland, Miss.
Interment was in Waveland cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, two sons, Leonard and Julian, a daughter Ethel of New Orleans, La., a sister, Mrs. Lucinda Saucier of Kiln, Miss., and seven grandchildren.
