Luke, Edwina Ladner - March 18, 1959
Services for Mrs. Forest T. Luke, 67, the former Miss Edwina Ladner, who died at 10:25 p.m. Wednesday in her home at 301 de Montluzin Ave., will be at 9:45 a.m. Friday in Fahey Funeral Home with religious services in Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church at 10. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A wake will be tonight.
Survivors, besides her husband, include four daughters, Mrs. Juanita Ward, Mrs. Edith Cox and Miss Ilena Mae Luke, all of Bay St. Louis, and Mrs. Elsie Jones of Mississippi City; two sons, Leroy T. and Foster M. Luke, both of Bay St. Louis; six sisters, Mrs. Lillian Fayard and Mrs. Sadie Roemer, both of Bay St. Louis; Mrs. Alcide Ames of Pass Christian, Mrs. Esther Witter of Long Beach, Mrs. Mabel Bosarge of Biloxi and Mrs. Mathilda Wirmiprine of New Orleans; four brothers, Gaston and Nolan Ladner of Bay St. Louis, Delmas Ladner of Hattiesburg and Russell Ladner of Mobile; six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
