Giarrusso, Madeline C. - July 1, 2000
Madeline C. Giarrusso, 73, died Saturday, July 1, 2000, in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Giarrusso was a native of New Orleans and was a member of the American Legion Post 139 Ladies Auxiliary and the VFW Post 3253 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter Cadaro Sr. and Josephine Cardinale.
Survivors include her husband, Harold "Hap" Giarrusso Jr. of Bay St. Louis; two sons, Charles Giarrusso of New Orleans and Harold Giarrusso of Bay St. Louis; two daughters, Cathy Giarrusso Palermo of Kenner, LA, and Madelyn Giarrusso Leboeuf of Covington, LA; two brothers, Raymond Cadaro of Metairie and Peter Cadaro Jr. of New Orleans; two sisters, Delores Walls and JoAnn Kennedy, both of Metairie; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A private service was held. Riemann Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis was in charge of arrangements.
The family prefers masses.
