Mrs. Emma Jones, 88, died Wednesday, July 19, 2000, in Slidell.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Pearlington and was a member of Greater Mount Zion A.M.E. Church where she was a member of the Stewards of the Church.
Survivors include a sister, Lillie Sams of Pearlington.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater Mount Zion A.M.E. Church where friends may call one hour before service time. Burial will be in Lindsey Cemetery. Baylous Funeral Home in Picayune is in charge of arrangements.
