LeBlanc, Harry - August 29, 2005
Harry LeBlanc, age 92, of Waveland, died on Aug. 29. 2005.
Born Mary 18, 1913, in Abbeville, La., Mr. LeBlanc was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church, Iron Workers Union Local #58 out of New Orleans, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and a former member of the Waveland Civic Association.
Mr. LeBlanc was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Coughlin LeBlanc; two sons, Edwin G. Tucker and Claude A. Tucker Jr.; a daughter, Barbara T. Phillips; sister Louise Brignac; and three brothers, Robert LeBlanc, Louis LeBlanc and Teddy LeBlanc.
Survivors include his daughter-in-law Marie Tucker of Virginia Beach, Va.; grandchildren Allison Manieri of Waveland, Wilbur Phillips Jr. of Waveland, George Phillips of Bogalusa, Charlie Smith of St. Rose, Michelle and Travis Tucker of Destrehan, Eddie Belvin and Phyllis Moy of Virginia Beach and Linda Canaan; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
