Cospelich, John Anthony - August 28, 1959
John Anthony Cospelich, 88, died at 6:45 a. m. Friday, August 28, at his residence, 509 Sycamore Street.
A native and life-long resident of Bay St. Louis he was a retired ship-builder.
Cospelich was the husband of Rose Labat Cospelich; father of Anthony Cospelich, New Orleans; Danied Cospelich, California; John Anthony Cospelich, Jr., Chicago, Ill.; Verise Cospelich and Mary Weber, New Orleans; Adeline Vontoure, Bay St. Louis; step father of Rudolph Boone, of Fort Knox, Ky. and George Boone, Jr., Los Angeles, Calif. He is also survived by a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral rites were held from the residence Tuesday, September 1, at 8:45 a. m. with religious services at St. Rose de Lima Church. Interment was in Cedar Rest cemetery.
