On motion made by Alderman von ihren, seconded by Alderman Eng-_jan, it is ordered that, the hour of adjournment having arrived and it appearing that other important business of the said board of Mayor and Aldermen Of the city of Bay St. Louis remains unfinished, the said Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the said city do now take & recess until next Monday morning, Julv 3, 1905, at 9:30 o'clock a. m. Whereas, on the third day of June A.
D.	1905, a resolution was duly adopted the Board of Mayor in the words as lows:
On motion of Alderman von Gohren duly mads, and seconded by Alderman Engman, it is resolved by toe Board of | Mayor and Aldermen of Bay St. Louis i in the county of Hancock, in the State ‘ of Mississippi, that the said Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the said city, at its regular meeting on Saturday, the 1st day of July, 1905, issue the bonds of said city in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or so much thereof as may pe necessary, in denominations of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, each payable ten years after date, with interest at the rate of five per cent per annum with the option ox the said city to pay same or.such parts thereof, as said city may elect, after,, fiye years from their date, fpr the purpose of raising money for the erection 'and furnishing, for the city of Bay St. Lduis, on the lBt niv: belonging to the said nnuu’cip&lity 'of t.
