BAY ST. LOUIS - HANCOCK COUNTY BEACH FRONT FESTIVAL
LOCATION
The Beach Front Festival will be in the Historic Downtown Area of Bay St. Louis. Cooled by the breezes of the Gulf of Mexico, a colorful past is highlighted in the architecture and art of the area.
FEE
A $35.00 non-refundable fee will be charged for food, antique, flea market, artists and craft booths. No rain date is provided.
HOURS
Set up time for the festival will be from 8:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 3rd. Show hours are from noon till dark.
SPACES
Booth sizes are approximately 10' by 10'. Each booth must be manned at all times. No power or water is available.
ANTIQUES OR FLEA MARKET
Antiques and Flea Market items will be in separate areas. Please send photographs of the types of items you intend to sell. We welcome all participants, however only booth spaces are to be used. No vehicles will be allowed to park within Festival boundaries. Parking is located near Festival site.

ARTS & CRAFTS
Artists and craftspeople must make whatever is sold in their booth space (no kits). Three cash prizes will be awarded in the amounts of $50.00, $25.00 and $10.00 for the most creative works. You will be responsible for all equipment needed for your booth. You are responsible for your own work and the Bay St. Louis - Hancock County Beach Front Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to any work. FOOD
Food vendors are responsible for all equipment needed for their booth. No alcoholic beverages will be sold from these booths. The Festival reserves the right to limit duplication of foods. As in years past, booths will be assigned on a first come basis. Food booths must be covered on top and back. Sketches, photographs, slides or descriptions of your booth must accompany your application. You will be notified within 15 days of receipt of your application if your booth is acceptable for the Beach Front Festival. In judging your application, special attention will be made to the aesthetic value and festival atmosphere of your booth. You will be responsible for your own food supplies, and for any refrigeration, etc., required. The Bay St. Louis - Hancock County Beach Front Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to any of your equipment. All food must be handled properly so as to avoid any health hazards.

RELEASE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The undersigned has read and will abide by all regulations set forth in this brochure and is responsible for the collecting and paying of 6% Mississippi Sales Tax on all sales. The undersigned does release and forever discharge from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims the Bay St. Louis - Hancock County Beach Front Festival, its sponsors and their affiliated companies, officers, agents and employees.
