COUNCILMAN-AT-LARGE—Wilmer E. Seymour takes the oath of office from Circuit Court Judge Kosta Vlahos. Seymour begins his third term as a councilman-at-large for the City of Bay St. Louis. Rev. Ernest Cully gave the invocation for the oath of office ceremonies.
COUNCILMAN WARD ONE—Lisa LeBon' Cowand faces a crowd of well wishers as she repeats the oath of office given by Circuit Court Judge Kosta Vlahos. Cowand, Ward One council member, is the first woman elected to the Bay St. Louis council. A presentation of colors was made by a Keesler Color Guard during Bay St. Louis’ swearing-in ceremonies.
