Question 4: Should all gaming be in a gaming district or should they be in scattered sites?
(a)	Round Table
A general preference was for scattered sites, especially given that the Bay Cove location and at least one other site within City is likely to be developed for dockside gaming purposes.
(b)	General Public
No strong preference emerged. 24 questionnaires recommended scattered sites and 21 proposed a single district. Several people noted that if properly zoned and controlled, the issue of dispersal versus concentration is of less concern.
Question 5: Should the facilities/vessels be “family" oriented as they are in Iowa, or strictly for adult players?
(a)	Round Tables
A majority of participants recommended that although dockside vessels (providing facilities for gaming) should be limited to adults, adjacent facilities (indoor recreation, retail stores, restaurants, etc.) should be encouraged and marketed for family use.
