Hsb petitions of Fairchild and Keller, A .A, TJlnan and Spotorno,&c to retail were received,redd, and ordered to lie over far thirty days and tho usual and legal publication ordered to be made of the sane.
On motion of H*E, Shropshire seconded by Alder nan Toulno and cr.arried by the Board Isadore Robira was allowed and ordered to be paid Ywo I hundred and Five ( $ 205.oo) Dollars focr One Thousand Blls of shells delivered in Third District# Alderman Ijadner appeared and assumed duty in the mooting,Alderman Robira then absenting hinself. It was moved by Alderman Toulno and seconded by Alderman Lodner that Assessor Mitchell be allowed the sum of ( Originally f 50.00 was written, over this f LOO.00 is written) for aeaescment of real and personal property of the City, Motion was defonted.
