1005.4	Variances Granted Without Public Hearings
The Board of Adjustment may, when in the public interest, grant a variance witliout a public hearing, in which case on filing fee will be required, to allow the use of a lot for either zone in the case of a lot divided by a zone boundary and which it would not be practical to divide into separate lots in the different districts.
Section 1006. DECISIONS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
In exercising the above mentioned powers, the Board of Adjustment by the concurring vote of four (4) members may reverse or affirm, wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirements, decision or determination appealed from; and may make such order, requirement, decision, or determination as ought to be made, and to that end shall have all the pavers of the official from which appeal is taken, but in no way shall these powers be construed to permit said Board to amend any portion of this ordinance or make any change on the Official Zoning Map.
Section 1007. APPEALS FROM TIE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Any person or persons, jointly or severally aggrieved by any: decision of the Board of Adjustment, any taxpayer, or any officer, department, board, bureau or commission of the City of Bay St. Louis, may witiiin thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Board, but net thereafter, seek review of such decision by the circuit court or court of 'like jurisdiction. In case of such appeal sudi Board shall cause a transcript of the proceedings in the cause to be certified to the court to which the appeal is taken -and the cause in such court be tried de novo.
