City beautifiers
Superintendent of Public Grounds, Felix Seeger, and his assistant, Dexter Saucier, make needed improvements
at the intersection of Washington St. and Highwa} 90 as part of a year-round citj beautification program.
With so many wonderful people work-; ing together, we were able to see improvements almost immediately!
