ArV-.e V — Honorary Membershi p	^
There shall be an honorary membership for outstanding service. The choice of a person to merit this honor and its duration, shall be decided by the vote of the Club.
Article VI —Quorum
Ten members shall constitute a quorum, one of them must be an officer.
Article VII — Parliamentary Rules
Roberts Rules of Order, Revised, shall be the authority on all questions of Parliamentary Law not conveyed by the Constitution and By-Laws.
Article VIII —— Amendments
The Constitution and By-Laws may be amended at any regular meeting of the Club by two-third vote of the members present and voting, providing the proper amendment has been submitted in writing at the previous meeting.
The Constitution and By-Laws shall be read and discussed at the annual business meeting to be held in September.
The following committees are to be appointed by the President:
Article IX — Standing Committees:

4.	By-Laws
5.	Flower Show
6.	Hostess
7.	Junior Garden Club
8.	Membership
9.	Pilgrimage

13.	Ways and Means
14.	Yearbook

(The former committee next preceding the present *-11-grimage Committee shall act In advisory capacity to this committee).
All Committees are to function for one year.
Other committees may be appointed by the President as the need arises.
Article X — Pilgrimage
All monies expended by the Pilgrimage Committee shall be approved by the Executive Board.
Article XI----Expenditures
No expenditures over and above those allowed In the budget, shall be made or contracted for without authority from the Executive Board, and all bills shall be prepaid.
