The new Kiln Library celebrated its ribbon-cutting and grand opening Feb. 24.
Library provides many services to newcomers
Newcomers to Hancock County should make the Hancock County Library System one of their first stops. Besides obtaining a library card to check out books and other media, there is a myriad of informational services available to those just moving to the area.
Some of these services include:
•	Community information, brochures, pamphlets, handouts and notices on local activities, organizations and services are displayed on the Coast Electric Power Association's Community Information Center.
•	Fishing poles can be checked out at any branch of the Hancock County Library System.
