FOR THE "PEARLINGTON HISTORICAL MARKER" TO BE REPLACED *
OUR SOCIETY REQUEST AN OFFICIAL STATE MARKER FOR PEARL INGTON.
TO REPLACE THE MARKER WHICH WAS BROKEN BY AN ACCIDENT IT WOULD BE A COST OF 550.00, PLUS SHIPPING CHARGES.
THE DEPARTMENT OF ARCHIVES AND HISTORY. BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPROVE THE MARKER FOR PRIVATE OR COUNTY FUNDING.
THE HANCOCK COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY WILL SPONSOR THE MARKER IF THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WOULD ALLOCATE THE FUNDING OF REPLACEMENT OF THE MARKER.
WE ARF ASKING THIS BOARD AT THIS TIME TO SPONSOR THIS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY AS THE FUNDING AGENCY.
