Kiln drug store
This was an interior photo of the Uncle Eddie Favre’s Drug Store in Kiln, Miss. Posters about the store advertise Ferry Seeds, Dr. West’s products, and many of the popular drug items of the day. The drug store was in operation until 1932, Ray Favre former Kiln postmaster and nephew of the Uncle Eddie Favre reports. Kiln Saloon
One of the places of relaxation for the hundreds of workers at the H.L. Hines Lumber Mill in Kiln was the C.L. Baker Saloon in the early 1900’s.
