Kiln school
A wooden frame two-story building housed the Kiln School on Bayou Talla in 1 early 1900’s. A new buildii was later constructed on l> Kiln/DeLisle Road. The lnt U.S. Senator Theodore Bill was a teacher at the old Kiln school while principal W.F. Bond became a State Superintendent of Educatic according to Clarence Lad ner.
