KILN CONSOLIDATED HIGH SCHOOL—1918-19.
IF nr iu arii
BY REV. FATHER CHAUVIN :
Today marks a new step forward in the advancement and devel- p opment of the cause of education in this chosen portion of our beauteous Southland.	'
•
This new edifice, which henceforth is to be dedicated to the!; great cause of education, and which we hope will last for ages as a i monument of the devotion, and the generosity of the people of this ; place, is n living proof of the faithful co-operation of their good will in carrying out the spirit of intellectual advancement.	i
In the course of long ages this material edificc, like everything ■ that comes frcrri man, may indeed crumble beneath the ravages of ; time, but we h?.ve the fullest assurance that the cause in whose honor i they have raised it—like all other things of God—will subsist forever.
Assured in advance that in facing the material difficulties which yet remain to be overcome, their unflagging support and cordial cooperation will not be lacking in the future, us they huvc never been wanting in the past, they mast indeed thank God that they have enriched this fair little town with a new center of education.
