STATE HOSPITAL COMMISSION Mississippi
JUNE 15, 1937.
The King’s Daughters & Sons iimergency Hospital, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
Dear Sirss-
I	have the inspector’s report of his visit to your
hospital	on	June	9,	1957.	It will be necessary for your staff to adopt by-
laws rules and regulations, have all physicians practicing in the hospital sign the by-laws and have staff conferences regularly, at least once each month.
I	am enclosing model By-Laws, Rules and Regulations
as	suggested	by	the	Mississippi State Hospital Association, which could
easily be adapted to your use. Will you not have your staff adopt and sign by-laws and arrange to have staff conferences regularly, at least once each month.
As soon as you have done this, if you will let me know, your application can be presented to the State Hospital Commission for action.
am enclosing a copy of the Minimum Requirements to constitute a Statndard Hospital as adopted by the State Hospital Commissioh.
