Social vas described for those attending the Teachers Institute. Hon. J. R. Preston, Etate Superintendent of Education, vas present August 15, 1895, snd delivered an address to the Institute.
He spoke of the progress of education in the state, the necessity of teachers attending the Etate Ncrrr.al Echool and studying physical culture.
He advocated a seven months' term of public schools.
