We, the undersigned members of the Municipal Democratic Executive Committee of the City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, dp hereby certify to the results of the Municipal Election of the Democratic Primary held in the City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, on the 11th day of May, A. D., 1965, for the election of a Mayor and the result thereof was as followss

We further declare that J. Cyril Glover and Warren E. Traub were the only two qualified electors of the City of Bay St. Louis who filed all of the necessary papers required by law to qualify as candidates for the two offices of the City Commissioners, on or before April 10, 1965, which was at least 30 days prior to the Democratic Primary Election to be held on May 11, 1965.
We therefore declare the following as the Nominees of the Democratic Party:

For Commissioner ------------- Warren E. Traub
