accordance with Ordinances ar solutions of the City of Bay St. T	it is mandatory
that,the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the City of Bay St. Louis^ make surety bonds payable to the City of Bay St. Louis, to insure the faithful performance of their duties; and
WHEREAS, by ordinance and resolution previously made and adopted, the amounts of the bonds of the officers of the City of Bay St,.Louis have been and it is hereby ordered that they shall be as follows, to-wit:
John A. Scafide, Mayor - - - - -$5,000.00 Warren E.	Traub, Commissioner - -5,000.00
Warren E.	Traub, Tax Collector - 9,000.00
J. Cyril Glover, Commissioner - -5,000.00
and,
WHEREAS, the foregoing bonds as submitted to this Council by the newly elected officers of the City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, appear to be in order and in the amounts previously established by Ordinance and Resolution, and it being the opinion of this Council that the foregoing bonds be approved and accepted; it is
THEREFORE, RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the bonds which have been filed with the Clerk of the City of Bay St. Louis, be and the same are hereby approved and accepted by	this	Board and that	the original copies of said bondswhich	appear	in	the
foregoing	are	to	remain on file	with the Clerk of the City of Bay	St.	Louis,	Miss.
The foregoing having been first reduc/ed to writing was read and considered section by section, and then as a whole,'r and'-upon motion, duly made and seconded was read and considered section by section, and then as a whole by the following vote, to-wit:
Those voting	Yea:	John A.	Scafide, Warren	E. Traub	and J. Cyril Glover.
Those voting	Nay:	None.
