I ACES and in a NATIONAL REGISTER DISTRIC may take tax-duductions for improvement or rehabilitation cf their buildings under the guidelines of the 1976 Tax Reform Act, and 5>0/£0 matching funds are available for Stabilization, Preservation, Protection, Rehabilitation and Restoration of their buildings. A building within a historic district is approved for the National Register of Historic Places under the Department of the Interior Standards for Historic Preservation Washington D. C. Property owners of buildings in a historic district have no restric- tions of their rights or ownership ef properties. To be an informed resident we encourage yon to attend this program.
