Our Lady of the Gulf is a Catholic Community within the Diocese of Biloxi, with a tradition of faith and endurance since its founding in 1847. BAPTISMS
Pre-Baptismal instruction for parents and godparents is held the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in OLA’s Mercy Hall. The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated the third Sunday of each month after the 10:30 a.m.
SACRAMENT OFTHF. ANOINTING OFTHE SICK Those who are seriously ill should be given the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick as soon as possible. Commmunal celebrations are held during Advent and Lent.
SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE Arrangements for weddings must be made at least six months ahead of time. A pre-marriage preparation program and individual counseling with the parish priest are required for all.
HOUSE CALLS
Please notify the rectory of the names of any who desire to receive Holy Communion, the Sacrament of the Sick or the Sacrament of Reconciliation at home.	.
