I've
Changed five sets of sheets, filled underwear drawers, vacuumed seven rooms and fourteen steps, scrubbed kitchen tile, cooked twenty-one meals and thirteen snacks, a batch of chocolate chips.
Bandaged bloody knees and elbows and egos, taught Bible verses, helped with homework, encouraged my husband, went door to door for charity, rescued a cat from a roof, stopped to talk with a lonely friend.
