Item (D.)(6) change to read as follows: Applicants that have received a recommendation for demolition shall be permitted to receive such demolition permit without additional Commission action on demolition, following the Commission’s recommendation of a permit for new construction. It is recommended that permits for demolition and construction shall be issued simultaneously if requirements of Section VIII, B are met, and the applicant provides financial proof of his ability to complete the project.

Change last sentence in Section X to read as follows: Should the applicant satisfy the Commission that he will suffer an unreasonable economic hardship if a certificate of appropriateness is not approved, such certificate must be approved.
