Partridge. By her first marriage she had: Agnes, Delores, Oscar, and Vivian.
By her second marriage she had: Genevieve (killed in a car wreck at age 6), and Audrey Mae.
H.	Edward Joseph Luc - born on June 30, 1908, according to his Baptismal record at OLG Church. His headstone in Cedar Rest Cemetery said he was ?born 1909 and died 1936.? Some of the family said he drowned in the Gulf of Mexico on February 4, 1937, exactly 10 years before his brother Harry drowned. His death is recorded at OLG Church. His daughter told us that he married Leona Johnston and lived in Bay St. Louis. He had one daughter called Lydia that married Raymond Wheelden and lived in Bay St. Louis.
I.	Byron Oscar Luc - born May 30, 1919, and died October 4, 1964, in New Orleans per his Social Security records and his headstone. He married Eris Kenmore, lived in New Orleans, LA, then moved to Picayune, MS where he died and is buried in the Santa Rosa cemetery. They had: Byron Oscar, Jr., Patricia, Susan, Gwendolyn, and Kenneth.
V.	William Rhodes - according to the 1880 census of Mandeville, LA, this child was born in 1879. This is probably one of the Rhodes children that died as an infant.
VI.	John Rhodes, Jr. - Pauline Heitzmann told us that this was the last child in the family. He also died as a small child. This child was probably bom in late 1880 or early 1881.
After John Rhodes died in 1881 in New Orleans, LA, Samantha somehow came in contact with her third husband - Giuseppe Catenaro. He most often went by ?Joseph? which is the English translation for Giuseppe. Samantha?s daughter, Pauline told us that her parents ?were married,? but our research indicates they were probably never married. She most likely said this because she did not want us to think she was ?illegitimate? which was a serious stigma in her day. She ?thought? they married in ?Wadesboro, LA.? This is a small town in Tangipahoa Parish. We checked these records and found nothing. We also checked the records in St. Tammany Parish where Mandeville is located and found nothing. We also examined the records in New Orleans, Harrison County, MS, and Hancock County, MS, and found nothing.
Samantha met her third spouse in either Mandeville or New Orleans. In the New Orleans, LA City Directory of 1884, there appears a ?Joseph Catanero,? a laborer living at 231 Conti Street. Pauline thinks her father worked on some kind of boat in or around New Orleans before he met and married her mother, Samantha. He does not appear before or after this year in the New Orleans, LA City Directory. The first record of our Joseph Catenaro in MS is on April 23, 1887, when he bought a piece of property on Fayard St. in Biloxi. This lot was later sold by ?Mrs. S. M. Rhodes? on November 17, 1890, for $50 to Ellen Holliman. On this record, his name is spelled ?Giuseppe Cattenaro? (Deed Book #24, page 417, Harrison County, MS). His daughter, Pauline, also told us that she had no middle name, was bom in New Orleans, LA on April 22,
1883,	and she lived there until 1889. The family then moved to Biloxi, MS where
