She was first married to LOUIS "PIERRE" FAYARD, JR., baptised at New Orleans (SLC BB 1 p 291)son of Louis Fayard and Marthe Gargare of Biloxi,
Miss. Louis Fayard, Sr. was the son of Jean Baptiste Fayard and Francoise Fisseau, and Marthe Gargare was the daughter of Miguel Gargare and Martha Paquet.
From the records of HANCO Circuit Court at Bay St. Louis, Miss., it appears that Louise Nicaise was married a second time, after the death of Louis "Pierre" Fayard, Jr. In Case //19 it is stated that she was married twice, and is now deceased, leaving five (5) children. Further, in HANCO Deed Book "B", p 113 and p 208, it states that she was married to a MALLET and from this marriage there were two (2) children, LUCIEN MALLET and JOHN MALLET. The records at ANNC at Kiln, Mississippi have a record of these two (2) children. The details on the three (3) children of Louise Nicaise and Louis "Pierre" Fayard, Jr. and the two (2) children of Louise Nicaise and Mallet will be detailed in the next generation
