Dear Mrs. Pfister:
I want to thank you for the very helpful and informative data you sent me in regard to having my friend, Ruth Cazeneuve1s beautiful oak trees registered.
Miss Cazeneuve decided to register each tree individually as we thought it would be easier to understand.
I am enclosing the copies and a map of the location of the trees, and if any additional information is need, please advise me.
I also registered the trees with Societe Des Arbres, P.O. Box 805 Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39564, as we felt the more registrations we had, the better protected the trees would be.
I do not know if there is any charge for having these trees, registered, and if there is please advise. We do feel we should, or I should say Miss Cazeneuve should be a member of this group, as I know such groups are perhaps only supported through memberships or donations.
I would appreciate you mailing any correspondance to me regarding this matter, as my dear friend has failing eye sight, and I have to do these little tasks for her.
Thanking you in advance for your cooperation in this matter,
I remain
P.S. I would appreciate action on the registration of these trees as soon as possible, as the City of Bay St. Louis is making Main Street, and this is where these trees are located wider, and I fear that they might try to take two of the trees as I have no idea what plans are in store for widening the street.
Very truly yours
