post a large Live Oak Tree marked XX bears North 44 degrees WesTTlmd is distant one hundred and forty eight (148) feet. Thence from said post running on a course North 70- degrees West two thousand four hundred and thirty (2430) feet from which a gum tree marked XX bears South 70 degrees east and is distant eighteen feet (18). Thence from said post running on a course North 20 degrees East one hundred and ninety two (192) to the point of beginning. Being a part of the land claim of Joseph and Mantial Necaise confirmed by the United States Congress and a part of the land conveyed to Laurent Fayard by a deed of Gift executed by Montial Necaise on the 9th day of July 1813 And afterwards sold and conveyed by the said Laurent Fayard to Pierre Sassinot Dumee and by the said Pierre Sassinot Dumee conveyed to me the present vendor during my natural life and after by death to my heirs to wit:	John	Albert	Fayard,
Jules Fayard, Alphonse Fayard, Lawrence Fayard (The census of 1850 shows Lawrence Fayard, Male aged 55), Pierre Fayard, Adolphe Fayard, Caroline Fayard, Felonise Fayard and Margaret Fayard or their heirs which said deed is of record in book "B" of the registry of deeds of Hancock County on pages 117 & 118 of said book. Together with all and singular the appurtenances priveliges and hereaditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the aforegranted and described premises unto the said Dominique Gragnon his heirs and assigns to his or their sole use and behoof forever And we the said Uranie Fayard, John Albert Fayard, Jules Fayard, Pierre Fayard, Laurence Fayard, Adolphe Fayard, Louis Fayard, Louis Ladner, Jaques Ladner, Chennie Ladner, Odile Luke and Geati Luke her husband, Uranie Favre and Ramond Favre her husband, Anmance Ladner, Elizabeth Carver and Ezra Carver her husband.
