it. It was stolen by vandals after 1990 or thrown into the nearby woods. He apparently died in New Orleans or while visiting his relatives in the Bayou La Croix community. Possibly he was having domestic problems and was staying in Bayou La Croix when he died. We know he was still alive on December 7, 1874 when his mother died as he is listed in her obituary notice. His wife, Catherina Hausch, is listed in the 1880 New Orleans Census and the column for ?widowed or divorced? is checked off. With this we assume he died between 1874 and 1880 in Bayou La Croix, MS. Robert and Catherina Hausch had:
A.	Christiana Hausch - bom on December 1, 1864 and died on May 24, 1933 in New Orleans, La as found in the Vital Records for New Orleans, (Vol. 204, p. 2425). She also has an obituary in the Times-Picayune Newspaper. She married Octave Grillot, and she and family are found in the 1900, 1910, and 1920 Census of New Orleans. They had:
1.	Octavia Grillot - bom March 1885
2.	Joseph Grillot - bom March 1887
3.	Ernest A. Grillot - born 1897
4.	Thelma Grillot - bom 1899
5.	Agnes J. Grillot - bom 1902
6.	Ida M. Grillot - bom 1906
B.	John Robert Hausch - bom on July 23, 1868 in New Orleans, LA and died there on October 5, 1932. He married Louisa Joachim on March 7, 1892 in New Orleans and they had:
1.	Joseph Hausch - bom August 13, 1892, and died December 16, 1945
2.	John R. Hausch Jr. - bom March 8, 1895 and died October 28, 1918
3.	Julia M. Hausch - bom August 30, 1897
4.	Robert C. Hausch - bom August 31, 1899 and died August 26, 1906
5.	Louise Hausch - bom 1909
C.	George Hausch - bom on March 16, 1869 in New Orleans, LA and died there on June 18, 1869.
