Circuit Court during the week affirmed the decision of Judge Breath’s court, in which case Heitzmann vs. Dillman, the fine of $25 and costs of court was imposed on Mrs. F. Dillman. The affirmation was made in the refusal to grant hearing of the appeal.........

Albert Heitzmann, present proprietor of the Dillman bakery, is planning with Contractor Gardebled for a new bakery building and residence, to cost about $1500, and to be located in Citizen Street, on the site occupied by the Rudolph oyster place. The young man is industrious and ambitious, and his efforts should be encouraged.
