On July 10, 1800, I Father Luis de Quintanilla, Capuchin religious, and in charge of the sanctuary of the holy Cathedral Church of New Orleans, adminstered the ceremonies of baptism to a boy, born on March 10, 1798, (baptised of necessity by P. Serrano) the legitimate son of Juan Bautista Ladner and Francisca LaLanceta, natives and members of this parish. Paternal grandparents are Juan Bautista Ladner and Maria Luisa Fayard. The child was named Juan Bautista when given the holy oils. Godparents are Juan Bautista Lardasse and Genoveva Ladner, who were advised of their spiritual parentage.

On July 10, 1800, I, Father Luis de Quintanilla, Capuchin religious, an pastor of the Cathedral Church of New Orleans, baptised and gave the holy oils to a boy, born on February 15, of this year, the legitimate son of Juan Bautista Ladner and Francisca LaLanceta,natives of this parish. Paternal grandparents are Juan Bautista Ladner and Maria Luisa Fisseau; maternal grandparents are Francisco LaLanceta and Maria Luisa Fayard. The ceremonies were administered to the child who was given the name Julian. Godparents were Juan Bautista Farve and Margarita Baudrot, who were told of their spiritual parenthood. For this I sign my name.

Baptism of Juana Ladner May 28, 1802
On May 28, 1802, I, Don Juan Francisco Vaugeois, Curate of the parish church of Our Lady of the Conception in Mobile, solemnly baptized in the heme of Mr. Jourdan on the River (Bay) of St. Louis, and administered the Holy Oils to a girl born on April 6 of the previous year, the legitimate daughter of Juan Bautista Ladner and Francisca Fayard, natives of this parish. The girl was given the name Juana (Jeanne). The paternal grandparents are Juan Bautista Ladner and Maria Luisa de Lorme; maternal grandparents, Basilio Ladner and Maria Perache, represented by Mr. Andres Durocher and Judith Fayard, his wife, who were advised of the spiritual parentage of the true godparents. For this I sign at Mobile on June 19, of the same year.

On the 8th of March , in 1812, I, Father Antonio de Sedella, Religious Capuchin and Pastor of this Parish Church of St. Louis,
New Orleans, baptized and placed the Holy Oils on a boy, born on the 6th of January, 1808; legitimate son of Juan Bautista Ladner, natives and residents of Bay St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents: Jean Bautista Ladner and Maria Fisseau. Maternal grandparents: Unknown.
On this boy I exercised the sacred ceremonies and gave the name SILVANO.
Godparents: Juan Saucie and Hazil Ladner, sister of the baptised, to whan I notified of their spiritual relationship. So that it may be evident, I signed.
