PAUL HARRIS FELLOW?Hugh Miller of Bay St. Louis was recently named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Bay St. Louis Rotary Club. Miller has been a Rotarian for 20 years and sergeant-at-arms of the Bay Club for IS years. He and his wife Agnes reside on Ballentine Street. He is the fourth person so honored by the Bay Club.
