Written a few days after the previous letter, rejoicing that he has received Mother?s reply to one of three letters written to her. Apparently the mails were extremely slow due to wartime conditions. He has also heard from Sis and ?Tot? (Mynne) the younger sister.

2.	Arthur. Eldest brother, in the merchant marine.
3.	Dad?s people. Price relatives in New York about whom nothing more is
known.
All he can say about battle conditions is that ?we are some busy over here? and the weather is foul.
The censor, Lieut. Wynne, adds a rare personal postscript ?Your son is doing well, and is an excellent soldier.?
