But the main thing that I appreciate over the years is Judge Russell?s support, his support in developing that position, even when he was told by the Chief Justice of the United States that he loved the name magistrate because he thought of it and he didn't want judge associated with it, and Judge Russell came back and said that's a bunch of baloney. He said you try as many cases as I do so you're going to be called judge as along as I have any anything to do with it, and so that type of support has endeared Judge Russell to me for many, many years.
