Judge Dan Russell on this, the first day of May in the year of our Lord 2,000. The bench now recognizes Mrs. Willis.
BY MS. WILLIS:	Thank	you, Your Honor.
Good morning, and welcome to Hancock County and Judge Russell Day. I have the privilege of serving this year as president of the Hancock County Bar Association. And I'd like to recognize our other officers; they are Tom Berry, Vice President; Zack Butterworth, Treasurer; and Trent Favre, secretary.
We're very proud today to host this momentous event in honor of Hancock County's own, the Honorable Dan M. Russell, Jr. And so that we may begin, I would like to yield the podium to Pam Metzler.
BY MS. METZLER:	Good	morning everyone.
I want to extend a very warm welcome to Judge Russell's family, his close friends and staff, which is on the front row. I also want to extend a very warm welcome to our many, many distinguished guests who have come from all over the State of Mississippi this morning to honor this wonderful person. We have so many guests that it is too numerous
