That it appears from the Records of this office, that on this day, to wit: the Twenty Fourth of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight and the one hundredth and second of the Independence of the united States of America, (May 24th 1878) was registered a marriage, celebrated in the city of New Orleans, La. by Hon. F. B. HERNANDY 4th Justice of Peace on the 21 day of May 1878 between JOHN STILLER aged Thirty Two years, (32 years), a native of Louisiana son of FRANK STILLER and CATHERINE BAUER and MISS CAROLINA ELIZABETH FRICKE aged (18 years), a native of Louisiana daughter of JOHN D. FRICKE and THERESA SNITZMIER.
The celebration of the marriage was performed in presence of the witnesses JOHN D. FRICKE, THERESA FRICKE, P. V. RELIMPIO, P. A. FORTIER.
The License was issued on the 21st day of May 1878 by Hon. F. B. HERNANDY 4TH Justice of the Peace, in presence of the witnesses- JOHN D. FRICKE, T. V. RELIMPIO. [1]
