for Probate	) Be it remembered, that
a term of the Court of Probates of Hancock County State of Mississippi, held at the Court house of said County, in the town of Gainesville on the Fourth Monday in October AD 1860 Personally appeared in open Court Julius C. Monet, Napoleon Monet and John (?? Colly the subscribing witnesses to the instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John B. Toulme? deceased late of said county, bearing date the Fourth day of August AD 1860 who having been first duly sworn on their respective oaths do say: That the said John B Toulme signed his name to the nine pages composing said instrument to the Ne vdnitue written in the margin, in their presence; and that he signed, sealed, the whole instrument on the Tenth page nnd published and declared said instrument as his last Will and Testament, in the presence of these deponents on the day of the date thereof; tlmt s^id mestator was then of sound disposing mind and memory and more than Twenty jsne years of age; That these deponents subscribed said instrument as witnesses thereto at the instance and request and in the presence of snid Testator, and also in the presence of each other, on	the	day	and	year	aforesaid.
