MRS. CORA MOON WEIR.
Mrs. Cora Weir, 44, years and 4 months old wife of H. W. Weir of 1715 31st avenue died at the King?s Daughters Hospital, Gulfport, Friday morning at 2:30 o?clock. She was born at Columbus, Ohio, August 30, 1889, but the family has resided in G'ulfport for a number of years. Be sides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Hilda and Flora, Gulfport; the father, W. T. Moon; and two sisters, Mrs. J. W. Watts and Miss Rosa Moon, all of 'Bay St. Louis and a brother, Charles Moon of Gulfport. [Funeral services were held at Bay St. Louis from the home of the Father at 222 Kellar avenue Saturday afternoon at 3 o?clock, Rev. W. A. Allen, pastor of the Baptist church at Bay St. Louis and Rev. B. Locke Davis, pastor of the First Baptist church in Gulfport, officiating. Burial was held in Cedar Rest cemetery, at Bay St. Louis.
The funeral was largely attended, an attestation of the high esteem in which the deceased was held. Many floral offerings were also a manifestation of sympathy.
